Do you take away the rubbish?
Unlike a lot of gardening services, we dispose of all the waste that is created as a result of our work. As a result, your garden will often be tidier after a visit from our team than before!
We are passionate about sustainability so all our waste is recycled into a product such as compost, woodchip or logs.
What happens on a quotation?
When you book us for a quotation, we'll arrange a convenient time to pop over for a chat about what you'd like our assistance with.
We'll discuss the options available to you and take some details so that we can provide a written quotation, which will clearly state our recommendations.
When you're happy to accept the quotation then we can book you in and get your garden looking beautiful!
Do you have insurance or qualifications?
Healy Hedge Care holds Public Liability and Employers Liability Insurance with Arborisk.
All workers have the necessary certificates for chainsaw work and working at height as well as a Level 4 Certificate of Arboriculture within the team, meaning you're getting the experienced professionals.
All certificates can be provided upon request.
Can you work on my trees if
they have protection?
Before carrying out tree work, we always check to see if Tree Preservation Orders are in place, or the trees fall in a Conservation Area. In this case, we'll apply for planning permission as agent on your behalf, meaning that all the paperwork is done for you!
Do I need to be home for you
to carry out the work?
It's not necessary for you to be home whilst work is carried out, as long as access is arranged for the agreed work date.
